PDF Files and your Browser

A number of files on our site are provided in PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format). PDF is a special format that preserves the appearance of the printed version.

You'll need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these. Most browsers have it built in, but if you need a copy, click here to get it from the Adobe website.

Mac OS X users will need to install the free PDF Browser from Schubertit Software; click here to get it.

Make sure you're using the latest version of your browser, whether it be Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari and so on. Note that some obscure browsers and those in beta-test mode may not support PDF plugins or may display PDFs poorly or not at all.
